	WORK PROJECT AND TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT FO THE ALTERATION OF A FLAT IN MADRID 2010

home		The starting point of the client for his flat was the modification of the original layout composed of three bedrooms and a bathroom by a new distribution with two bedrooms, a studio, two independent bathrooms and a bigger capacity of storage all over the flat. The final solution is the result of the optimization of the distribution of space that connects the living room with the new bathrooms, the bedrooms and the studio despite the restrictions of the structure and general building facilities. A small detail that improved the functionality of the house and satisfied the wishes and intentions of our client.
